Missing pages and options within Course Manager

Within Course Manager, no page exists for 'Create a Course Page' Within 'Take This Course Page' no option exists for 'Start Curriculum' In order to be able to create course content, the following functions must be in place.

Just create these pages from all pages -> add new and select the suitable templates in these pages and publish them . Pages                                        template edit course                       create content  Take this course              Start course page  Notes page                         Notes and discussion After creating all these pages please select theme form course manager  .
