Modern Child Theme issue

Hi, I have recently updated WPLMS and updated all required plugins. I wanted to implement Modern Child theme over my previous default theme. I have uploeaded modern child theme and activated it. But does not looks like actual modern theme. Is there anything I missed ? My URL is : bestcareerguidance.com Pls suggest me how to implement Modern theme keeping my all uploaded course data as-it-is and intact.   Thanks in advance

Apart form home page most of the things should change. You'll need to recreate the home page as it is built using page builder.
