More Intuitive 'View Quiz Results'

Hi, When viewing quiz results from a newly completed quiz, a lot fo oru students are having a hard time getting back to the course after hitting the 'View Quiz Results' button seen below: Is there any way to have this link open in a new tab, or make it generally easier for the student to view their results without navigating away from the page?

To clarify, I'm going to create several tutorials. Each tutorial will consist of many units and many quizzes.  When a student takes a quiz, they'll want to see their results, and then continue to the next unit (or next quiz, depending on the tutorial). At this time, there seems to be no intuitive way to do this. If they choose to see their results, which virtually all students will do, their only options seem to be to retake the quiz, or go back to the very start of the tutorial. A quiz should be just like a unit. They take it, see their results, and then continue to the next unit or quiz. Perhaps I'm missing how to navigate effectively, but this is a really important feature.
