    The main request would be to implement a PREVIOUS/NEXT PAGE button for in-quiz navigation. It's very unintuitive, especially for long quizzes with dozens of questions. The secondary request is color-coding for in-quiz navigation (mark answered question buttons green). This would slightly improve the current pagination option. But we would prefer to hide it with CSS as long as we have the PREVIOUS/NEXT PAGE buttons.

    any news on this? the only way to navigate is clicking the page number when in-course quizzes are enabled. We have this set to one question per page and would like simple buttons for next/previous instead of having to click the # on the bottom. Especially since there is no indication of what questions have been answered.
