Yes, you are right the button takes you to the starting of the course which is like a loop. every time you need to start from the beginning.
Let me check what we can do to solve this.
That's really strange even after submitting the assignment it is not there in submission section.

Back to course button redirects user to last unfinished unit in course.

Hi,
The student can not move to the next unit until this assignment is evaluated by instructors.
If you want next unit after assignment submission then please paste the given below code in wp-admin>plugin>editor>WPLMS customizer plugin
