multiple choice option not edit error

When I tried to edit questions having multiple-choice options, the option does not show the contents I saved before. Even though I saved already several answer options but the options display just "Type here..." The number of options and the correct answer is the same as saved before. But just the content of the option is deleted and replaced with "Type here..." it looks like save just one option at a time. When I edit a question saved on the back-end from the WordPress interface, it does not restore the contents of options. it shows just spaces filled in with "type here" message the same number of options stored. If I fill in all of them with some content, it saves just 1 item, the rest are saved with "type here", so when taking a quiz, it displays "type here". And it looks like save the last one item and just when I put in just 1 item.
