The quiz worked normally. However, suddenly the Multiple Choice (Select one from options) quiz result is zero. In addition, clicking Submit Quiz does not display a check mark.

Try adding this code in Wp-admin-> plugins-> editor-> wplms-customization->wplms-customization.php
