Diana I checked the issue in the your video recording (00:10 - 00:20).

1. After click the finish unit button in the unit
2. If click the next quiz, the upper right's check mark in the Multiple Choice quiz is not displayed. https://prnt.sc/p0ibwn

All the other quizzes work normally. But when I click the finish unit button in the unit, and then click the next quiz button, there's an error only in this Multiple Choice quiz.
