Hi, I am really desperate. Nothing works the way it should. Even if I try a free course an want to set up a new user, I get the email to activate the account, but then end up at an empty site on the main site of the onstallation (not wplms, other theme). How can I setup the sites, people come to, when editiong profiles, take cozrses, ... And I cannot reach anything that looks like the front end, all the videos show. i only have the wp backend and there course unit are not to set in an order and so on. It seem as if the whole Theme does not work the way it should work. Or at least not on a multisite installation, which noone says before. Please tell me how to setup the thing, so that it doesnt try to involve the main site all the time. Best DanielaOk the issue is that the buddypress or the other plugins wplms and vibebp might be network activated.First you would need to network deactivate these plugins and then activiate them on each individual site . In wp-admin-> settings -> buddypress -> pages , make sure that activiate page is connected on each individual site then . After having this you can run the setup wizard from wp-admin -> appearance -> setup wizard to install like demos .USe learning center demo for best results .Is there any<thing like a "how to get started" pdf? Any documentation, that does not requiere to read a lot of mostly hidden posts of other users to finally with a lot of luck find a solution? Anything ordered with an index, where I can search e.g. for "multisite" and find a documentation of all add ins and all required changes to make them work? I would really apreciate anything that explains your very great tool - apart from subject specific videos or forum threads of others. :-)1 . – if someone (I set up a test account) buys a course, he doesnt have access to it. There is onla a mail “Thanks for your purchase” from woocommerce, but no user, no login, no access with the mailadress. How is that supposed to be working? Please update wplms and vibebp plugins to latest version 1.5.3 X . The site creation is an issue in wplms theme : to fix this Hi please make sure that your the wp-content/themes/wplms/templates/directory/blogs/indexblank.php has indexblank.php file . if not then please upload the php file in the zipped file: https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/indexblank.php_.zip1 & 2 .most probably the issues are appearing due to old vibe and wplms versions .
