Multiple theme user dashboard redirected to another site

HI,   We are using multisite wordpress .   http://tabtreeuniversity.com/ http://treeone.academy   Both are used for testing purpose   The problem we are facing   when i register student in treeone.academy (2nd site)the email not send for activation. so i created in WordPress itself. 2.when using treeone.academy(2nd site), some pages are loaded from 1st site (tabtree.university) or redirected to 1st site   i have created the quiz in treeone.academy.after finishing the quiz i want to check the result. that page was not loading ."Error: the content was not loading" .   please check it and need solution. for multisite theme what will be the issue.

Hello, it looks like your multi setup is not properly installed. let me one more thing. are you using the same quiz in both domain?? in wplms quizz reusability is not available. make sure if you are duplicating this their post id should be different. refer: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-multisite-network/
