Negative marking checkbox not working

Hi! I have an issue regarding the negative markings which is not functioning as it should be. In fact with the checkbox "Enable negative marking" from "LMS General Settings" (attach-1) being unchecked has its effect on the Quiz (attach-3) in the sense that the markings are deducted from the total markings. The Question is a "Multiple Correct" type. The logic is stating that if the negative markings is uncheck if should not be deducting mark but this is not case. hi,

I would suggest you to follow the following and check if it works??

1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
2. Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
3. Re-save permalinks.

deactivate everything other than wplms defaults then check if it works.

if it does not work then let me know I will check the issue. if it's possible then please provide video that on which course/quiz/question you are using for testing by which i can replicate the same.

Note: theme and plugins should be updated to its latest version.

Hi Veronica! Thank you for your explanations. I tried all the posibilities and I just realized that the way the quizzes works is for security reassons. O consider the ticket closed. regards!

...Maybe in the future you'll consider, as an alternative, replacing the penalty for a wrong answer with the imposibility to check more answers that the maximum number allowed. Or to have this penalty-free option in parallel with the current one. It's just a sugestion! Thank you for your support!

Hi this is because you have enabled the partial marking as well in your quiz . First it partially gives marks and the deduct the marks from negative marking .
