New questions in quizzes don’t appear

When I try to add a new question into the existing quiz from the instructor course creation interface it is visible only in this panel. But when I open this quiz in course the added question doesn't appear. How can I edit quizzes and add questions in it without having to recreate the entire test? hi for that you need to retake the quiz and also refresh the dashboard to check the changes

Already done. It didn't help. The 3rd question isn't visible neither in admin instructor panel preview nor in student's course view (see screenshots above)

Checked it with new student and restarted the quiz again - it helped! Thanks! One more thing: how can I edit the assignment which is built into the unit. Can't see the ability to edit it in instructor panel. So changed it in WP-admin panel (LMS->All Assignments). Is it possible to edit Assignment by instructor in his panel?
