    Hi, I can’t receive emails! If I add a user, or if someone registered, the person doesn’t receive the email.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />I have contact 3 times my hosting service, they told me it’s a WordPress mail PHP which is not active. But I just can’t figure it out what it’s the problem. I have check BuddyPress, I can't find the issue.

    Okay . Please check if wordpress default forget password (from wp-admin screen) emails working in your site ?

    check if email templates are present by going to wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points -> click on the edit email template button to check if email template present .

    If above points are checked and still facing issues then please share your site url , admin credentials in private reply to check this issue at your end . Please also try to setup postman smtp plugin for the same : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/

    dear @propatsala,

    first of all, I request you to please create your own topic because to check your issue if we want your's admin credentials or page URL of your site then an Email sends to the person who creates this topic with your credentials either you send them as a private reply which is not good.

    so for security purposes always create your own topic.
