No Pass/Fail message after quiz submitted

No pass/fail message after doing quiz. Takes me onto the next unit.

Update: It will display a generic message but will not display if they have passed or failed. My Code: <h2>Your Challenge has been submitted and is under evaluation.</h2> Upon evaluation a notification and a message would be sent to you with the results and the marks obtained. <h2>Checking Your Answers</h2>

1. Once the Quiz has been submitted you'll see a button to check your quiz results. Click on the Check Quiz Results button at the top and bottom of the Quiz. This will take you to your profile Course section under the results tab to the Quiz results page.
2. You'll see the marks besides each question and total marks at the end of the results page.
3. Each question is preceded by the word "correct" or "incorrect", and the answer you gave is shown.
4. The total quiz score is considered in Final course evaluation as well.
