Well we checked it out and found that there is some php error appearing there while registering the student however he got registered and logged into site. .
To check this up please share your server php error log and valid ftp credentials in private reply .

after checking long on your site
found all settings are correct
but one thing I noticed was
the theme version is version4!
and plugins are not on version4!

this is the main part to activate the version 4
for that you need to disbale the plugins as shown in the notice
and activate the plugins which are necessary for version 4 that is
vibebp and wplms plugin
no more need to activate the plugins which are shown in the notice

if you are updating the theme then follow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_x-HOMItL8
please make sure that you have followed the tip properly
NOTE: we never suggest any user go for such a big update on the running site with live users
if you have live users on your site with a running course then I suggest you please first implement the same on the testing site and update the same on the running site.

Well you have customized a theme a bit and there are may customization dependant on v3 version will not work with v4 version .
As your site is live , I will recommend you to revert back to version 3 .
Latest theme 4.0 .x can be used with old plugins as we are supporting the old plugins as well .
We strongly recommend you to test the V4 update on a test site before going live with V4 version .

Hi I have reverted to old plugins as there were some customization in your site not comaptible with V4 right now so that it does not impact your business .
PS: would again recommend to make a copy and test the update and then go live with the new features .
