"The site name is https:// , I think you're missing a redirect in your .htaccess file, so that when someone opens a http it gets redirected to https" can you explain better what is this and how can i solve with them?? I am also finding weird that it was not working, and i turned off the plugin so I would be able to admin and now you just turn them on and it is working. I also do not understand why they said that the error showed were due to your theme. I also would like to have better information on this: " finally logged into your site, but I see a totally different WP admin area. It seems like the theme is not setup at all. The core plugins are asking for install, so something very very wrong has gone in the database." There was another theme installed, because they tested it and found that the theme was causing issues ( in their vision).
