notes and discussion is not working properly

Hi, I am facing problems with notes and discussion part. Initially it was set to paragraph level. It was working at that time. Later I changed it to unit level. After that it is not working. I can not find the discussions tab. When the student asks a question in a unit then it is not showing in the instructor account.

Please check if a notes and discussion page is set from the wplms -> course manager . If not then create a  notes and discussion page and select its template  "  notes and discussion " and then select this page in the wplms -> course manager ->  notes and discussion page .

Ok, now got the notes and discussion page. I want to add the notes and discussion page like in the screenshot. Is it possible?

There is no separate section for Notes in profile, however you can add this be using the following tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/addedit-custom-links-in-the-logged-in-login-panel/
