notification to student for specific courses

I want to send email notification to students for specific courses after they submit the course. Right now, what the theme has is a generalized email for all courses under lms -> settings -> Touch Points. What I need is a notification with a third party survey link after they complete the course. Any hooks or code will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have confirmed it with my team and got to know that there is no such hook or code to add this functionality. You can only add the link in the touch point email of course finished .
