in some particular emails which is wrong .
There maybe some emails from buddypress which allows this but for our emails this will result in some php errors since the token you are using might not available .

I still see everything exactly the same (see https://prnt.sc/biWENPPBH1dD & https://prnt.sc/rhY6tAmTXTGY)… Alex told me that I had to re-import the emails because we had touched the contact points to try to personalize them and that it didn’t really work that way… But I still see the emails exactly as we had them… What I want is to restore the contact points as they were originally so that they work again…
