It would be great to have built in onboarding capabilities so students and instructors can learn the online learning system by going through a tutorial course. The course's sole purpose is to get them familiar with basic functions and activities. Each role would need to pass the onboarding course in order to begin their actual registered course. Would remove a lot of the Q&A/support headaches. Basically they would be registered for this course and asked to complete specific activities with a set of live instructions. So as they do task A, a bubble popsup with the next task B and set of instructions. Task B and its instructions do not start until they complete task A though.
