Hi,
We've enabled OTP, it's working OK when existing users verified their phone. But for new users who are trying to register their not getting a good experience.
- When the new users fills registration form and did not Verify their mobile phone the registration page just scrolls to the top of the page with any error message.
How can add an error message, and add a note around the phone or verify saying that they need to verify their phone before submitting their registration?

1 . Well I need your admin credentials in private reply to check the issue with phone auth . Yes there is an issue where error is not shown when phone is not verified . 2 . Well no the phone field is not required field to sign up .you have to set it to not required from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields -> edit phone field and disable the required from right : https://prnt.sc/t2r77l If phone field is empty there is not requirement to validate but if its filled then yes you have to verify it .Hi Alex, Thank you for looking into this issue. Will you be able to tell me what action you did to fix this? so that we know what to check when this issue occurs after an update, whether plugin or theme.
