Hi, Some pages are able to be accessed without logging in. As you can see, anyone can see the groups directory page, even though access rules are set for members only. https://prnt.sc/uptpzf When logged in, a student cannot access the member's directory even though the setting is on member's only https://prnt.sc/uptv7q (This was my attempt to get into the member's directory by clicking on the link at the top of the page) Students also cannot access their profiles from the menu at the top right of the screen. I'm not sure why, this seems to work fine for administrators https://prnt.sc/uptz2q It always defaults to the home page instead so the profile pages are inaccessible.

Update... I noticed that if I logged in as a student through the top-right login button, then nothing works, as I described before. https://prnt.sc/upuwc6 If I log in through WP-Admin login page, then everything works fine. I'd prefer to be able to have students log in through the top right button. Thanks!

Hi Veronica, No it's not working from that link (top right corner) http://prntscr.com/uraqbb Feel free to try it out - I gave the login details above for a student and an administrator. You'll have to log in and then try to open a member-only page. The student has no access to member-only pages.

Hi Veronica, Yes, it is mostly working. As far as I can see, there is access to all pages except for the member's directory. Just the member's Directory page is not working. There is a problem with the Group Directory - it is visible to anyone whether they are logged in or not https://prnt.sc/utzg9s It would be good to know what settings you changed because I will need to make the same changes when I restore the site from a backup. Also, why do the login pages not give the same amount of access? If a student logs in using the wp-admin login page https://prnt.sc/utz5w0 they have full access as set in the settings. That is, everything is good. But...if they log in using the wplms login page https://prnt.sc/utz6pk the access is different and doesn't always work.

I just tried it again, but nothing is working for student login through the wplms login page. Everything is still working when logged in via the wp-admin login page. (I think I was dealing with cached pages when I tested it yesterday). It would be good to know why the two login pages can't give the same access to members. I'm not sure if it is me, or if there is something that needs fixing in the theme. Thanks

hi I have just tested this on local and all the things are working as per the restrictions but on yours, that really wired! if you are using any cache plugin then please try to disable it and clear all the cache from the site and then check

Hi Veronica, I have turned off caching at the server but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
