PDF Certificate Builder issue

Hello support team

1. I downloaded the PDF Certificate plugin and designed a certificate with all the fields
2. The certificate template image is loaded as a png but I have also tried this loading a pdf template and it gives the same issue.
3. Nothing happens when I click on "generate pdf certificate“
4. The pdf looks different on the builder to the html preview
5. And the fields are not aligned according to the builder vs downloaded
6. The certificate is squashed and downloaded as 2 pages when the user completes the course and clicks view certificate
