    I have the same problem as the topic here https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/pdf-course-mark-changes-to-0 but cannot see the solution because the replies are marked as private, how can I solve the issue?

    Well the issue is resolved now ,please make sure ; 1 . that your vibe course module plugin is updated to latest version 3.9.9.1 . 2 . USe this version of wplms pdf certificates : https://github.com/VibeThemes/wplms-pdf-certificates/archive/develop.zip Re-assign certificate again to user from course admin .

    Hello Alex, I have done all the procedure as you have mentioned but in the system there is a student that scored 100 and when the certificate is generated it shows 0 as the final score for the student. Is there something else I need to do again? Thank you.

    hi, please update the vibe course module plugin to the latest one we have released new update today and also update the pdf certificate plugin to the latest one

    For the pdf certificate plugin we have version and here https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-pdf-certificates/  I can still see version 1.9 as the latest. Is there another url to get the one you are referring from?

    well yes i have checked this on your site yes the vibe course module is updated to the latest version this should be resolved now! but if still you are facing the same issue then please share below details:
    1. course url
    2. student name in which issue is appearing
    then i will perform the testing on your setup

    Hello Alex, I have done as you have said, the error is gone but the certificate still shows 0 as the final score. Kindly check again.

    hi, the quiz is evaluated for the user but the course is not evaluated that's the reason it is not showing the marks please look here: http://prntscr.com/tlkzht http://prntscr.com/tlkzoz once you have completed the course evaluation and assign the marks --- out of 100 then it will appear in the certificate
