Hi, I'd like to add my support email and phone number in the header but i don't have these forms that you show here: https://i1.wp.com/i.imgur.com/EYZBigQ.png?zoom=2&w=920 What do I have to do? Thank you!

@schmandline Please Go to wp-admin > WPLMS > Header Refer: http://prntscr.com/jur2gn and add whatever you want to display in the top of the header. Then click on save
