Please extend my trial of addons

Hi, yesterday I activate the trial, I activated it on 10 April, and the expiry date is 10 April, I cannot do anything within in such a short period of time. I didn't know the trial period is less than 24 hours, and when I click trial, I don't see any message about the date until today when it already expired. And the reason why I activate it was to check your instruction in this topic https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cant-log-in-to-start-addon-trial/#post-250254 Please extend it another 2 days so I can see how the batch work. Thank you

It's urgent so I just bought it. I received a zip file via email. Where can I find the license code ? Or how do I install it ? Do I install it like other plug-in in wp-admin/plugins ?

@hothaibinh You didn't mentioned which addon you purchased. So I am sharing the general steps. Hi I bought the batch add-on. https://www.wplms.io/downloads/wplms-batches/ I received an email Purchase Receipt with a long code . I copy and paste it to License code but it becomes red instead of green like in the video and nothing happens. https://prntscr.com/ry553e

Sorry the link expired. How to delete the addon ? I see no add-on option Do I have to input they key only or have to manually install the add on ? What am I supposed to do with the file ? I already got the file from the email and don't know what to do with it. That's exactly the same key I received, I copied it and pasted it to the license key, I did it again with the key you sent and nothing changes. Still red box with blue dot like the pic I sent earlier.

Thank you. I see the addon activated. I also see it in Plugins According to the instruction video in the addon page, I'm supposed to see Course Batches option. However, in my Course I can still only see Set a Course Forum. Is there any other setup I have to do ?

Go to wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Options > check the checkbox of "Groups" and save settings

Hi I did that "wp-admin > Settings > BuddyPress > Options > check the checkbox of "Groups" and save settings" now I can create Batch in Edit Course I also toggle to Yes: Students must be enrolled in a Batch to pursue this course I can see the button Enrol in Batch in Course info, however, I don't see the button 'Enroll now" or anyway to select the Batch https://imgur.com/k273Yz9 https://imgur.com/R3Oww7i Please instruct me how to make the button available. Hi, thank you I think because I am the admin and creator of the groups/ batches so I was automatically added to the batches without seeing the enroll button. I try another account I saw it. Please close this topic
