Hi, I had a bit of a problem today - I was not able to login, even though the theme clearly showed me as being logged in https://prnt.sc/ukbr8t But there was no admin bar, and any attempt to view admin-only pages resulted in a wordpress page with just one message saying something like "You are not permitted to view this screen". Anyway, for some reason I was able to access wp-admin through an incognito bowser window, so I have now changed some settings, and can enter the site, and even have an admin bar on the page. I've noticed that there is still a problem - I can log in under 2 users https://prnt.sc/ukbtt9 (It usually looks like this https://prnt.sc/ukbx90) One of them was logged in through WPLMS and the other was logged in through wp-admin login page in a different tab. It's hard to know what caused the login problem, but these are the settings I changed once I managed to get into the admin section (WPLMS->Buddypress) https://prnt.sc/ukbwdj I'll try to reproduce the problem - it's a bit scary not being able to log into admin. Cheers

Actually, I've changed these settings back - unfortunately, I can't remember the entire combination of settings I adjusted (from different plugins): https://prnt.sc/ukcwle And I can still log into the admin. Still a problem with syncing btween WP and buddypress I think (or whatever that problem is). There is still a problem with member access, though. I tried to log into the site as a student, and there is no access to any of the pages. It seems students are treated as non-logged-in members Also, even though I have adjusted settings in WPLMS->BuddyPress, they don't work consistently. Non logged-in users are able to see contents of group-directory (even though I have no groups in it yet) https://prnt.sc/ukd10n But Members Directory is inaccessible for students and non-logged-in users. I've just noticed that when I logged in with an admin user (incognito window), there was no admin bar at top of screen, and the admin user also did not have access to the pages. https://prnt.sc/ukd31q (no admin bar) I wasn't able to access the WP-admin login page. But when I typed in the admin address to the plugins, the page redirected me to wp-admin login screen. It let me log in from there and all was good. I've just tried changing the members directory access setting to "All", and it is now accessible to logged-in users (and non-logged-in users). https://prnt.sc/ukd8vi Must be something to do with these settings at wp-admin->WPLMS->Buddypress I'm not sure what else there might be. Thanks.

hi the delay in response due to support holiday you have messed up in version 4 setting dear in version 4 we have provided the facility to login from vibebp this will not be going to impact on WordPress login so whenever you login in vibebp will not be logged in WordPress but when you login in WordPress then you can be login in vibebp section using this setting: http://prntscr.com/ul2cpp please check this if installing fresh wplms4:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTT2a-L3F8o if you are updating the theme then follow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_x-HOMItL8 please make sure that you have followed the tip properly

Thanks for the explanation about how to log in. But, just to clarify (I am not sure what your suggestion is), Are you saying the site is broken? And that I need to install everything again? -because this IS a completely fresh install (installed the day before I wrote to you). And I have already installed it a number of times, because I was having problems. I got you guys to install this version for me at this link As for my questions about the login stuff... I have 2 browsers open in the following screenshots. The one on the left is incognito Chrome, and the one on the right is Microsoft Edge. In this screenshot, the non logged-in user can view the groups directory, but the setting is for members only (the no-access redirect page is home). https://prnt.sc/ulpv2u As you can see, the user is not logged in. This one is non-logged in user viewing members directory (allowed in settings) https://prnt.sc/ulpz36 This one is non-logged user viewing members directory (not allowed in settings) https://prnt.sc/ulr779 Also, the student cannot access most pages in the site when logged in. Is this something to do with settings also? I'll leave log-in details...

Just a note: the 'members directory' settings seem to be working now. But the 'groups directory' setting is still not working

Ah, thanks for the video. While watching it I realized that there are 2 pages called Groups Directory. So I deleted one and fixed the links. All good now. Thanks.
