Post question is not working

I have created a course  having sections and units into it. In case a candidate is posting a question,  under section "Ask Question",  and clicking post action  then nothing happens and  question is not getting posted,  please support.

Thanks, but from where I will be able to create a forum, as I am not finding any option to create it. Looking forward your support.

hi, Please just install and activate BBpress plugin for this in your setup .
to access forums please access your-site.com/forums to access the forums directory its components .

As suggested by you to add the code, to display forum in each unit. Did the same. Added the code. However it is still not seems to be working. After adding the code cleared all the cache from W3 total cache. However still forum is not added to all the units. ANy suggestion or guidance will be appreciated in this context.
