Hello,

I would suggest you to follow the following and check if it works??

1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
2. Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
3. Re-save permalinks.

deactivate everything other than wplms defaults then check if it works.

if it does not work then share the admin URL and credentials in a private reply. I will check the issue.

Hi I was able to login but when trying to access the coupon edit page im seeing this : http://prntscr.com/qsm2wh Seems like server does not have enough ram . Please contact server for this .   For coupon issue as you are using wpml plugin which put much load on server due to its join queries for each post fetch. Please check if you are searching for the current language products . The coupon will search only products associated with the courses not the course itself and that too of same language .

We have already solved the ram problem.   The Coupon Problem continues, is it possible to help?

Hello, to check the issue can you deactivate the third party. plugins including wpml and then check if it works?? i cant deactivate the plugins because if something goes wrong, i dont have permission to recover it from backup. but oyu have all privileges and cpanel.

Its the badgeOs plugin which is causing this issue . Its is adding its own select2.js script which is overwriting the select2.js of woocommerce plugin.   Please contact badgeOs plugin support or author in order to fix this .   when I deactivate it m it all all works : http://prntscr.com/r29q8i
