    Oh, I hope that bug will be fixed soon, I'm going to work with VC to develop the web. Will you let me know when the correct update is available? Will I be able to update VC without problem? Thanks

    Yes, these patches will be applied in 3.9.6. this will not cause any trouble.

    We accept refunds in 30 day period. Also, it would be great if you can share a feedback on what was missing in the theme.Maybe we can work it out .

    Ok, I understand, it would have been great if you could have given us another chance, it is possible to hide out all the options that you do not want.

    However, no problem. We accept all refund requests within a 30 day period. If your 30 day period crossed then please share more details like site link and some feedback why you want a refund. Also make sure the theme is no longer activated in your site.
