    Hi, A flash installation with demo data, and installed lastest wplms4.300 BuddyPress10.1.0 WooCommerce6.3.0 WPLMS Batches 4.9 WPLMS WooCommerce4.01 I created two batches in a course and then set different price in product page with wplms-coocommerce Then, I used student to purchased a batch. After I place an order, the checkout page didn't display properly. https://swim.hk/checkout.mp4 I attached the log for your reference. https://swim.hk/phplog.txt Besides, the student name only shows in the course admin page: https://prnt.sc/_QBRvSUIBvzi The student name didn't add into the related batch I purchased. Please check. Please let me know when you download the log and video, I will delete it then. thank you.

    Hi you need to check if you have selected the batch properly in the variable course product settiings : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/selling-batches-with-wplms-woocommerce/ Secondly yo have to add the course batches block , then you can see the enrol or buy link there on the course batches block , when you purchase that you can get access of the batch .

    Video field issue : the issue is replicated on our local setup as well . https://trello.com/c/p9dGJvlz 2 . batch issue : https://www.swim.hk/02.mp4 I checked the video , this is not where you select the batch and purchase it. this is how user set the batch purchase and purchase it : https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3eXFuVF0Md 3 / this is problem with the product duration , should be resolved once the instructions in point 2 is resolved.

    Yes the error states its in our plugin but the issue is not replicated on local setup . To debug and fix the issue we would need your ftp creds in private rpely .

    Yes we checked the issue you were right , we have fixed it now please check . The error was appearing due to theme file . I have fixed it now and same will be available in next update of wplms theme
