June 23, 2021 at 6:52 pm #362581gfdisenioParticipantHello! I have a problem with my website https://dfadesign.com/ Posters appeared a few days ago and the course part does not work. I know that there are several of us that stopped working for us, the page does not work well, I had consulted by other means but I extended the support because it really is several days and I want to solve it. I spoke with the hosting but they could not solve it, it was suddenly.June 24, 2021 at 4:31 am #362590VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.June 24, 2021 at 7:49 am #362619VeronicaModeratorhi can you please be more specific like exactly what is not working as I have checked on your site some notices and warnings are available here https://prnt.sc/16kphyg It’s Notices /warnings and is nothing to worry about. it has nothing to do with the actual functionality. but if you find any fatal error only then you have to worry about it. What are PHP Notices? PHP notices are the least important. As stated on the official PHP website, you will see PHP notices when: the script encountered something that could indicate an error, but could also happen in the normal course of running a script. Refer https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/warnings/. NOTE: THE ABOVE LINES ARE NOT AN ISSUE. THAT IS JUST NOTICE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT. EVERYTHING WORKS FINE. you could hide these notices, follow this link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress if you found ant FATAL ERROR then let us know ----------------------------------------------------------------------- you can provide videos/ screenshots for the issues you are facing and mention them one by oneJune 24, 2021 at 2:53 pm #362701gfdisenioParticipantHello, They are not notices or warnings, you cannot access the courses part: Click here: https://dfadesign.com/all-courses Try to buy a course, they are not just ads, IT DOES NOT WORK. Also once you enter user, this entire line appears: Deprecated: get_users_cred has been deprecated since the get_users_balance version. Use 1.8 instead. in /home/dfadesign.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4861June 25, 2021 at 11:16 am #362774VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.June 25, 2021 at 2:06 pm #362829gfdisenioParticipantHello, Yes, it is true because to try to reestablish the service the hosting tried to make backups and it did not succeed and there are many folders, they do not affect the functionality anyway. The folder is the usual one: public_html > wp-contentJune 26, 2021 at 11:05 am #362924VeronicaModeratorhi i have just tried to check this on your site i need permission to disable your third party plugins first or please deactivate the third party plugins one by one and then check if these notices are visible or notJune 27, 2021 at 4:20 pm #362996gfdisenioParticipantYes! Please disable third party plugins. I give you permission to do whatever it takes to find the solution to the problem.June 28, 2021 at 12:11 pm #363101VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.June 28, 2021 at 2:50 pm #363129gfdisenioParticipantHi, the page looks great, but you have a problem purchasing the course. I clarify that this problem happened from the latest version of the theme. Before all this happens I had to revert wordpress to an earlier version. After registering, the new client tries to take a course and again asks for the login information, a loop that does not end and does not allow them to be taken to checkout. That does not happen neither with the ADMIN user, nor when I already register. It is difficult to explain. To test what happens, log out of wordpress, enter courses and try to buy a course by creating a new user.June 28, 2021 at 2:59 pm #363131gfdisenioParticipantI send a link to see the video, so it is easier to understand what is happening. https://www.dropbox.com/s/illo8waoj464bbv/20210628_115431.mp4?dl=0June 29, 2021 at 11:31 am #363240VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.June 29, 2021 at 6:46 pm #363310gfdisenioParticipantokay! I already pulled out all the custom code, and tried disabling third-party plugins but the problam is the same. Attached video: The problem is when I click on "courses", the registration is deactivated there, then if I click on another link it will be registered again.
