Problem sending mass e-mail to students

Hello, I'm having trouble sending mass e-mail to enrolled students of a course. In <COURSE>-->ADMINISTRATOR-->MEMBERS-->SEND MASS E-MAIL i've tried: 1) checking the All Students checkbox 2) checking each enrolled student No e-mail is sent in both scenarios. When I click SEND I get the messagem "MESSAGE SENT TO 0 (zero) USERS" Am I doing something wrong? PS: My e-mail client IS working because I can send a mass e-mail to enrolled batch students via batch/group page. Thank you. Regards, Rodrigo

Hey Rodrigo, Please enable private messaging in wp-admin > settings > BuddyPress > Private messaging > Save   Then try to send bulk message   Refer: http://prntscr.com/ixe9oy

Hello Mk, Thanks. It worked for 'messages' between instructor and student, but not e-mails! What I need is the instructor be able to send mass e-mails to enrolled students, not messages. Is it possible? Actually, I DON'T need/want  private messaging between students and instructors. I would enable it if there is no other option. Regards, Rodrigo

Currently, bulk email feature is no available in the course admin section. you can only send bulk messages from there.
