Problem with Custom Avatar in Front End / Back End

Hi All, First of all thank you very much for all the options coupled with WPLMS theme. we are facing a problem where we cannot upload a custom avatar from the Front End of the Admin or Teacher / Instructor Accounts. Tried manually uploading from the Wordpress Dashboard=> User Section. It also doesn't allow.. checked the Permissions its 755. and saved the Components of Buddy press as well. No Luck. Please refer the below video for the Error.. Video of the Error Permission of the Avatar Folder Cannot upload a Picture for Groups. Group Cover can be uploaded and save though. Please don't hesitate to request any further details. We need this sorted as soon as possible. Thank you in advance, Achintha

Hi there is some problem with the server itself : https://prnt.sc/1sz73kh The traditional avatar uploader is also not working and we checked this core function of buddypress is not working . Please check server configuration if Gd image library is enabled or not?
