problem with Login popup on Free Course

Hello, I noticed that on my site is not working <span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial; font-size: 13.3333px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;">Login popup on Free Course.</span> I followed the instructions here https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/open-login-popup-on-free-course-login-error/,  but it does not work.

Hello Alex, sorry if probably I did not understand well. I put in the code that you have provided. When I try to start a course free if I am not logged in this message http://prntscr.com/a44imc Up to this point everything is ok, but if after I click on login for example, does not open a pop-up but the classic wp-login page.

Its working fine at our test site. Please make sure you are using modern theme and free course. If its not working properly in your site. Please share the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your site. PS:Please mark your reply as private while sharing the admin credentials.
