Hello :) We have the following problem: When a user registers to www.craftiuspro.gr the registration completes just fine but the user does not get redirected to the homepage or somewhere else. When the new user fills the form and hits the Register button, nothing happens on screen, and the user is stuck at the same page. No redirection, no messages no nothing. If the user though refreshes the page it shows that he is already logged in and that the registration is complete. But because of this problem the majority of new registered users think that there is a problem with their registration So the registration works, it's just the user does not get any feedback or redirection. Instead he is stuck on the registration page and has to refresh the page to find out that the registration was successful. Any ideas why is this happening? We are using a custom registration form by the way. Kind Regards Stratos A.I am unable to check backend settings for this. Please share admin credentials in private reply. If you are using a custom registration form Please follow this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/ In video, you will see a checkbox for registration and login simultaneously. please enable that setting also. Hope it will help.It is working totally fine at my setup. I checked it not working on your setup. It may be due to some conflict with plugins or any problem in codes. Please share FTP credentials in private so that I can check this issue.I need your error log to check the error. It returning 500 error (PHP error). please clear error log and then go to registration panel and do registration after that it will generate an error log. please share that.Please contact iThemes security plugin's author/ support team.
