problems with certificate issuance

Hello, I'm creating this topic as you asked. recently I am having a lot of problems with certificate issuance. Students finish the course and the certificate is not being issued automatically. All settings are correct for automatic emission. But sometimes the certificate is issued to some students and others are not, even though they have completed all units and reached the minimum grade of the questionnaire. The certificate is configured for automatic issuance. And the questionnaire is configured for automatic evaluation. And many students have the questionnaire pending evaluation. This causes a lot of inconvenience because we have to be evaluating students every day. The system is not working automatically. What can this problem be?

hi, i have checked everything in detail i need some more information in this matter like:

1. the recent students name who have faced the problem
2. permission to create a new course and add certificate in it to perform testing
3. may i know that if it is happening with the above 2 courses or with all?
4. as you have said in your post that some students get pending evaluation is it? because i have performed this and my quizzes gets evaluated automatically.

so please let me know the clear steps to replicate the same and all issues regarding this.

Well user has completed the quiz but he has not finished the course actually there . Please note that the user needs to hit the finish course button there in the course status page in order finish course and get certificate .

hi, for finish course button is not showing wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> disable " Auto trigger finish course button " setting . if setting is enabled on your site then it is not going display there

Yes the certificate is there because we even gave it to him. The student was complaining about the delay.
