Problems with importing fill in the blank questions

I have been using the bulk import function to import fill in the blank questions. Previously, everything was ok. Hoewer, right now there are some issues:

1. The answers of the blanks are not imported. This is a screenshot of the question with answers:

http://prntscr.com/rbjz3n However, when I use the import function, the answers are not imported: http://prntscr.com/rbk0bf I guess that is why I cannot submit my quiz. It keeps spinning around without stopping.

1. There are also styling issues with this type of question. I embedded an audio player to the question and the text is broken:

http://prntscr.com/rbk5h2 So it is very hard to read the text and fill in the blanks.

hi, please refer this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bulk-importexport-wplms-via-csv/ please have a look here: http://prntscr.com/rbzw1i you can make use of these CSV files and then try are they working or not. and please sure that the prefix should be the same as in the CSV file.

for multiple correct question type its " , " (comma) . In fill blank questions : | is to separate the correct choices for each fillblank options while " , " is to provide multiple correct values for a particular fillblank .

simply user comma "," to separate. please let us know if you face any trouble in the importing process.
