Hello team, if a customer wants to buy another product, this is not possible. The message appears that there is a customer account with this email. Yes, there is one and it is also registered! Something is wrong with our side. Before with WPLMS 3 everything worked wonderfully and we actually wanted to go into the test phase, now almost nothing works anymore! Please provide a quick solution! Should we reinstall the theme again?

Nope we need to check your site .Please do no reinstall, it will re -import the layouts and overwrite the menus. Usually in wplms we log the user to the website on checkout page. this should not create conflict with it .We need to check this at your end why its not working .
