Profil problems

Hello team, when we click on Profile in the dashboard, only a white screen appears. All other points how courses are working. Is there a special setting? The students should be able to edit their avatar and name. The complete two menus on the left disappear when we klick profil. Many Thanks

hi well all the settings are fine on. your site and no issue is appearing on your site need to debug this more

We checked everything and everything is fine. Editing and changing the profile picture works in the profile. Only the first point does not work "View" from the profile. Then a white screen appears like I showed in the video above. Is that maybe a setting thing? please help
