hi yes if the instructor is going to start the course then it will show a message here: http://prntscr.com/20xk2nq this is tested for instructor on local and working fine.

Let me explain better. Id like it to work when a instructor register or create a course. would tah be possible?

hi on create course button we are loading the create-course forum instantly as it is already loaded so we can't perform any function on that but yes at the time of publish course when the instructor click on the publish course button we can send the course in the draft section and show the message to complete the profile first
