Profile – Extended Profile Field BIO shows partial content – WPLMS 4

Hi, The field BIO in the extended profile data when added to the profile page shows complete BIO in the Elementor Page designer, ut when save and viewed on the page it only shows the first few rows. Also all formatting is lost as opposed to version 3.9.9   Please refer to https://prnt.sc/tv6z9j

No Change - Still only showing partial. In the course card if we use the course instructor information and choose the BIO field it renders fine. Just thought might help.

hi, sorry for this delay i was just busy in the testing hope you understand well this is really strange because on my setup it is not showing BIO details at all. well i need to check this with the latest update we are going to release soon so can you please share a screenshot for this: In the course card if we use the course instructor information and choose the BIO field it renders fine. it will help me to test it as it is thanks.

OK, I could not capture a meaningful image of the editing page so I made this short video for you. hi, I have tried to replicate the same on my site and found that styling and font is the same http://prntscr.com/tzi5z1 http://prntscr.com/tzi67p but the issue is the large text can't be displayed because it is short bio then it has a limit to add words let me know if i have misunderstood any thing

I know there are two fields, BIO and Short BIO. I am using the BIO field as ahown in the image http://prnt.sc/tzydqs As shown in the original video it renders fine when editing, but not when the page is loaded. Also as mentioned in my original post if you were to add the Instructor Info and choose the BIO field in the course card it renders fine. So please it is nothing to do with the short-BIO.

Hi we would need your site url and admin creds again as the old statging creds are not working . also meanwhile please try this : goto wp-admin -> elementor -> tools -> and then hit the Regenerate CSS : regenerate files button . and then check the profile page if its appearing correctly or not?

OK we have that resolved. Now the issue of the formatting still remains. It does not retain any formatting, done at the back end. There is not formatting option in the front end editor (Elementor). Everything is merged into one huge paragraph.
