    hi, it totally depends on the size of the image. if the image is smaller than it will look with the black background and if it fits the profile div then it will fit the screen. so please select the appropriate image size according to the block for the profile picture. you can check this:http://somup.com/cqXijXf6LX

    check this:http://somup.com/cqXjj0fXE6 if you select a image smaller then it, then it will show a black background behind the image.

    Hi, Thanks for your help, Actually I have installed Image Smush Pro and this was making problem due to which I can't crop the image while uploading, as you can see here https://prnt.sc/pta6u2  There is no option to crop the image, And finally when I deactivated this plugin it works fine, Now kindly guide me that how can I make a header like udemy and you show in this video http://somup.com/cqXjj0fXE6 Also, I can't read this page https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/udemy-header-style-in-wplms/ it shows that the page is protected  https://prnt.sc/pucvrv Appreciate your help Thanks

    Thanks @Logan, Actually I didn't pin that tab so that's why I lost that link/topic. Thanks for your help, But the support is little slow 😕 I mean sometimes it takes you 24+ hours to respond topics, Anyway, Your support is amazing as well as your WPLMS✨✨✨✨✨ You can close this topic Thanks
