Profile menu and dashboard menu not showing on mobile view

Dear sir/madam, I encountered a problem with the profile and dashboard menu not showing on mobile view. my website is busyscholar.com When I view it on mobile browser, I can not find the menu for both profile and dashboard. Please Go to wp-admin-> Appearance -> menus and check mobile menu is set or not. If not then please set.

Mobile menu is already set. Is the profile menu related to the website menu?

hello, please check your wplms-dashboard plugin is activated or not. find this plugin in wp-admin >> plugins >> wplms-dashboard. if this not work then share your wp-admin url and credentials in a private reply, i will check the issue.
