January 16, 2016 at 9:03 pm #18815ak127SpectatorWPLMS is an excellent LMS to use for creating courses. However, without marketing and promoting those courses, nobody will know about them. My point is that I haven't seen anybody asking questions like:
- How can one build a sales/marketing funnel while using WPLMS to cross sell other courses or to ascend the customer from a low cost course to a high end private coaching...etc?
How can one integrate WPLMS with popular Email Marketing providers (e.g. Aweber, Getresponse..)
What other options are there for WPLMS users to integrate various digital marketing channels to promote courses..etc?
Is there any options to take advantage of affiliate marketing platforms such as clickbank or jvzoo to sell courses created in WPLMS?
January 20, 2016 at 6:38 am #19341MrVibeKeymasterWe'' to be honest there are lots of people asking for this. The forum for feature requests is fill with similar requests. Out Post WPLMS 2.0 updates will be focussed majorly on this area. 1. I think this would depend upon site to site basis. We're open to suggestions on this front. 2. We have a plugin under development for this called "WPLMS Email Lists". The aim of this plugin is to integrate email services like Mailchimp , Aweber etc. USers should be able to create email lists, which are site, course or group specific. 3. We have a WPLMS Wishlist plugin under construction. Where users can create lists and share them on social networks. 4. We've seen users using third party plugin to integrate Click bank and JVZoo. I am not aware of the success on this area. As this is very important part for any site, I think we can add a marketing forum and invite suggestions/features for this.January 31, 2016 at 8:35 am #23419AnonymousInactiveYes, I think if Clickbank integration can be guaranteed in future - it will further add to the attractiveness of WPLMS. Looking at the amazing updates you released recently - I am sure the Vibethemes team can also do this for us in the next few months.February 1, 2016 at 9:11 am #23737sandyMemberYes we will definitely focus on sales/marketing course features .February 2, 2016 at 6:50 am #24242chadh0130Spectator@MrVibe: "2. <span style="line-height: 1.5;">We have a plugin under development for this called "WPLMS Email Lists". Since courses are "products" it would work ideally. So that leaves me with one question - is your plugin already under development? Either way, when would you expect to have this release ready for customers?February 3, 2016 at 7:16 am #24728Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes the plugin i under development and it would be released very soon .March 10, 2016 at 2:33 am #35313chadh0130Spectatoris there any update on when this feature is expected to be released? The ability to connect a course to an email launch is imperative for my release of the new site and this is the last piece to the puzzle. I am even willing to test the feature as a beta user to let you know real life results if there are any complications with it. Please let me know as soon as you can when this can be expected.March 10, 2016 at 8:35 am #35374Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell we are focusing on the bug fixes right now . We will resume development as soon as most of the bugs get fixed. -
