October 29, 2020 at 11:53 am #321635EliteEDMStarsSpectatorHi guys, I trust you are all well. I have an issue with my instructor's profiles. Diana is aware of this and asked me to create a new topic after she fixed another issue with the courses not loading at all in the main admin profile. Right, so what is happening is this. If I log in as my own instructor profile, and I create a course, publish it, go back to the dashboard menu or log out, and log back in, my course does not show up in the 'Manage Courses' section of my instructor profile. The same issue is also happening for my other tutor that has also tried to create a course. He creates the course, logs out, logs in the next day, there is no course to edit in the 'Manage Courses' section. Diana told me to check these 2 things: Two things you need to check here: WPLMS > Course Manager > If instructor Privacy is enabled then disable that. My Answer: I have checked this and it was not turned on. It was set to 'No'. So I resaved this and tried again, but still the same issue. Courses will be visible to instructors only when the instructor created any course otherwise it will show blank. My Answer: Both Gavin and I have created our own course inside our own profile that we registered on the site. So our courses should be showing assigned to our own profiles, but as you will see in the video, they are not showing, they only show when I log in as the main WordPress Admin user profile. I do hope this makes sense! Because I'm going round in a loop on this. I will post the video in a private message following this one. Did you disable any plugins to check? I'm still trying to get a response from my server guy. Finally, he's replied today. I've now been asked to submit a ticket to their support system finally After months of no reply. So hopefully I can try and get to the bottom of any server issues this end. Kind regards Darren
