    Hello there, I tried installing a fresh new 4x version, but still I can’t install it on my desktop I can’t see the "Plus icon" to install it. Can you please set it up for me? You already did it on a different website of mine, I think it could be something related to service worker. I’ll share the link and the admin credentials.

    I checked the manifest.json is not loading in your site somehow . I found there is an js error coming from a custom script : https://prnt.sc/13jxsqq Please check if you have added this script ?

    Yes, I've added it, but if it's causing problems we can remove it.

    Yes we can check by removing that script ,maybe the manifest.json is not loading due to this .

    Hi I went to fix this but the password you shared is not working now. You can manually update the plugins by downloading them : You can download from these links : http://wplms.io/verify-purchase/?purchase_code=XXXXXXXX&plugin=wplms.io/wplms_plugin.zip http://wplms.io/verify-purchase/?purchase_code=XXXXXXXX&plugin=wplms.io/vibebp.zip replace the XXXXXXXX with your buyer api key : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/ In latest updated we have fix all issues regarding generating the service worker but after generating you will have clear cache and storages , unregister service worker then reload page and check the install icon .
