Received notification that a student completed a Quiz but I don't see it

Student submitted a quiz and we both received notification of the submission however, I don't see it in my dashboard or the answers in the comments.Where did it go???

Ok, I need more details on this. a. Did the quiz have any questions ? b. The quiz was set to auto-evaluate ? c. Did the Student get any results screen in Student profile - course - results section ?

a. yes, about 25 b. no, when I went to evaluate the quiz wasn't there c. all the student's answers appeared blank to them after submitting

Okay please check these steps  : 1. Please make sure that your theme and all its plugin are updated to latest : Current versions Wplms theme : 1.9.8 Vibe course module : 1.9.8.4 . 2. Is your quiz is set to manual evaluate ? Only manually evaluate quizzes shows up in the submissions  . refer : http://prntscr.com/8svcru Make sure that the quiz author and the course author are same . Try taking a quiz with this settings and make sure quiz connected to course . http://prntscr.com/8svdet If still quiz are not showing in submissions then please share admin credentials and site url to check the issue at your end .
