Recurring payment before/during course

I can't work out if WPLMS supports this or if I need an extra plugin... I need to offer students the chance to pay for their courses by instalments. This needs to happen in two ways:

1. 3 separate payments prior to the course starting

2. A deposit, plus monthly instalments throughout the duration of the course.

Is this built in, or do I need the WooCommerce subscriptions extra? Is there a cheaper option that works? Many thanks

Well for this you'll have to use the woocommerce addon only as this is not available in wplms.
