Register do not work

The solution is: delete the both Existing Registration Forms and create new ones!

I have implemented this an the registration works, but after kicking on "activate" the student see an error: https://prnt.sc/vf6owf

Check the page should be connected properly in wp-admin > WPLMS >. Buddypress > Redirect on User Activation Connect here "activate" page Also check if "activate page is onnected in Settings > Buddypress > Pages tab > Activate
